Farmville Country Club Pool Policies
Members
- Farmville Country Club pool membership is $350.00 for the pool season and will be paid in full before swimming. These members will have access to the pool only. The grill and pro shop will also be available for purchase of food and beverages.
- Use of the club pool facilities is limited to members only with the following exception: Only guest (children and adults) outside a 15 mile radius from the town limits and outside of the Farmville School district will have to pay a fee of $10.00 per person. If a guest lives inside this radius, they are required to pay a fee of $20.00 per person. All guests must be with a club member.
- A current pool/full member roster will be posted at main gate entry and will be monitored by lifeguards. The roster will be updated regularly and if you name does not appear on it you must report to pro shop before entry.
- Memberships will pertain to dependent family members as they appear on the membership application only. (e.g. father ,mother, children living in the household)
Guests
- All guests are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors or their designee.
- Out-of-town house guest (50 mile radius) will be allowed to use the pool at no cost. Members must contact the manager or his designee to inform him of the guest.
- All guest, paying or nonpaying must get an arm band from the Pro shop. All members and guest must sign in at the pool.
Children
- Baby-sitters must receive approval from the Manager or his designee. There will be no charge for babysitters as long as they are with the children of the members they are babysitting.
- Babysitters must be babysitting children 12 and under and the child/children should not have an older sibling at the pool who is capable of babysitting the younger children.
- Babysitters must be of high school age and must demonstrate good responsibility for the children they are responsible for.
- All children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent, member of the family or other responsible person while in the pool area.
- Older children are not to monopolize the 2’ area. It needs to be used by younger children.
- No inappropriate touching or contact by teenagers.
General
- Outside visitors will not be allowed to enter the pool or congregate on the pool premises.
- No alcohol will be allowed in side of pool area.
- No running, pushing, horseplay, profanity.
- No running dives. Back flips will be watched closely. The guard will use his/her judgment as to whether it is safe.
